SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
When will I receive my order?
- Once we ship your product from our warehouse, expect to receive it within 2-5 working days. Vizzetti ships only by UPS Express Delivery to give the customer best experience.
We do not ship or deliver packages on weekends and public holidays.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
- Your order might be subjected to import duties and taxes. These will be imposed once your order reaches your country.
Vizzetti cannot control any duties or taxes that may be applied to your package. International customs policies vary, so please contact your local customs office for clarifying information.
VAT is always included for countries within the European Union.
How do I track my order?
- We use UPS as a delivery partner. So, after UPS has scanned your package, you should receive an email from UPS with your tracking number.
Where are my products shipped from?
- Every single order is safely shipped from our warehouse in Finland.
My order is a gift - can you remove the invoice from the package?
- Yes, if the order is shipped within the EU. If someone is receiving an order outside the EU, Vizzetti is required by law to include the invoice.
Why have I not received an order confirmation by e-mail?
- Possible reasons might include that your order was unsuccessful, or that e-mail address you provided was incorrect.
Please also check your e-mail spam folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact us so that we may clear up the issue for you.
What is your return policy?
- Any purchased item can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please return the product to our warehouse for a full refund.
Additionally, the product you are returning must be in its original packaging, all stickers and labels intact, and in original condition.
Have you received my return?
- Your return package is inspected and processed before you receive a notification that we have approved or denied your return. This process may take several business days to finish, so your patience is appreciated.
You will be notified of your approval or denial as soon as we finish the inspection.

- Although we would love to provide worldwide shipping, we cannot currently ship to the following countries:

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can change your delivery address in our system. Please contact us to do so. If your order has already been shipped and you need to make an address change, let us know, and we will contact our courier.
Vizzetti is not responsible for shipping delays due to address changes.Can I change my order?
- You cannot change your order quantity or specifications after you submit your purchase. For changes post-purchase, contact us to cancel the order so that you can place a new order with the correct details.
How do I cancel my order?
- If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately.
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, let us know. We will have our courier return the shipment to our warehouse.

How do I know whether my Vizzetti is authentic?
- All Vizzetti items purchased directly through our website are authentic. To be sure, always purchase via our site. There is always a risk of encountering fakes through other platforms.
What is the watch made of?
- Vizzetti Silver watches are made of stainless steel (316L).
Vizzetti Rose Gold watches have a stainless steel core (316L) and two platings. The base plating is 0.8 Micron TiCN (a yellow-colored base metal), and the top coating is made of 0.1 Micron rose gold (made of 85% 23-carat gold and 15% copper to create the rose color).
What is the glass made of?
- The glass in Vizzetti watches is made of Sapphire Crystal. Please use with care.
What type of movement you used?
- All Vizzetti watches use a Japanese Quartz Movement.
What is the leather wristband made of?
- All Vizzetti leather wristbands are composed of real, genuine leather. As with any authentic leather material, the grain and texture will vary slightly.
What is the NATO wristband made of?
- All Vizzetti NATO wristbands are composed of polyester material.
Is my watch waterproof?
- Our timepieces have a water resistance of 5 ATM.
How do I get my Vizzetti watch repaired?
- If you experience a manufacturer defect within 2 years of your purchase date, you may be eligible for repairs under warranty. Your watch MUST have been purchased via our website to qualify for the limited warranty.
- Defects due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
- Aesthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g., minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
- Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass

How long is the battery life of my watch?
- Typical battery life is between 2-3 years. When the time comes to replace the battery, contact a watch or jewelry store near you for a proper replacement.
How do I replace my battery?
- You can find our watch batteries at most electronic, watch, or jewelry stores. We do not recommend attempting to replace the battery yourself as this could lead to damage.

Why was my order canceled?
- It is possible our system marked your order as fraudulent. If you feel the cancellation was wrong, please contact us, and we will investigate the sudden cancellation.
How do I use my promotion code?
- Promo codes may be applied on the checkout page. Simply type or paste your code into the discount code section and click apply. The promotion should then be reflected in your cart.
Only one coupon is allowed per order.
What are the conditions for campaigns?
- There are three conditions for Vizzetti campaigns. No exceptions.
1. Campaigns are only valid for orders placed directly via our website.
2. Campaigns are only valid for a limited timeframe
3. Campaigns cannot be applied to orders that were made before or after the designated campaign timeline.
